Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Precision Tax Partners LLC ("Company") for tax review services, you agree to these terms. If you are entering these terms on behalf of a firm or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Services

The Company provides AI-assisted tax return review, Form 843 protective refund claim preparation, and Form 4547 Trump Account filing services. All work product is subject to CPA review and sign-off before delivery. The final responsibility for any filed return remains with the filing CPA or taxpayer.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Errors or omissions in information you provide may affect the quality of our review. You retain final authority on all tax positions; our findings are advisory recommendations.

Fees and Payment

Fees are quoted per engagement based on return complexity and volume. Payment terms are Net 15 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared in connection with services. The Company will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the services.

Limitation of Liability

The Company's liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
